Frequency of Placenta Previa on Ultrasonography in Females with History of Caesarean Section

Background: Placenta previa (P.P) is a condition where the lower edge of placenta lies close to internal os. It may partially or completely cover Objectives: To determine frequency on ultrasonography in females with history Caesarean section. Methodology: This descriptive study was held Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital Lahore and Tehsil Headquarter Hospital, Pattoki. Convex Probe Esotae 2.5 5-7MHz Logiqv3 (5-7MHz) used study. 140 pregnant women previous section were included examined through convenient sampling. Data collected after signing consent form. Statistical software for social sciences (SPSS version 22.0) analysis data. Results: According data analysis, minimum age patient 18 years maximum 41 years. 37(26.4%) had 1 57(40.7%) 2, 31(22.1%) 3, 15(10.7%) 4 sections. 86(61.4%) bleeding. 54(38.6%) no previa, 126(90.0%) did not have 14(10.0%) previa. Cross tabulation between patients cases evaluated that 126 rate confirmed ultrasound whereas 14 ultrasound. Conclusion: seen ten percent subsequent pregnancies who
